About Imagine Her:
Imagine Her is a dynamic non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women, girls, and youth as leaders and social entrepreneurs. We focus on nurturing innovative and sustainable solutions to address community challenges, particularly in marginalized groups in Uganda.
Position Overview:
We are looking for passionate Community Coaches to lead the Social Enterprise and Innovation Training program in Wakiso and Kabarole. These field-based roles are crucial in implementing our training curriculum and program plans to enhance the economic capabilities of women and youth in these communities.
Performance Objectives:
Entrepreneurship Training:
Recruit and train women and youth for social ventures, focusing on food insecurity/agribusiness, climate change, and rural housing.
Facilitate entrepreneurship sessions ensuring high attendance and engagement.
Assist participants in developing business ideas, prototypes, and launching ventures.
Aid in preparing pitch decks for funding opportunities.
Compile coaching and mentorship needs for program participants.
Program Monitoring and Evaluation:
Report on participant progress and curriculum delivery.
Participate in review meetings and provide insights for program enhancement.
Collaborate with teams to connect participants with mentors.
Engage with community leaders and local authorities to support the program.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Entrepreneurship, Environmental Management, Business Management, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in entrepreneurship training, preferably in social entrepreneurship.
Proficient in computer usage including word processing, presentations, and email.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, mobilization, and communication skills.
Fluency in the local language of the respective district is essential.

Willingness to work in rural communities across the mentioned districts.
A strong passion for social impact and empowering women and youth.
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and possesses a positive attitude.
