Job Summary: The Supervisor Product Development will develop and refine Centenary Bank’s financial products and services for both loan and deposits in line with the Bank’s Product Development and Innovation strategy and regularly monitor their performance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Undertake the development of new/refined product concepts and proposals and prepare pilot test rollout protocols.
- Participate in the implementation of new products Pilot Test and Rollout Protocols for new products and services and monitor progress in their implementation.
- Prepare product performance monitoring reports for the Bank’s financial products and services and regularly participate in the Bank’s Product development Committee meetings.
- Prepare and provide updated information on the Bank’s product & services to stakeholders taking into account new additions relating to specific product and service features, benefits and requirements in line with the Division work plan.
- Actively participate in training and or sensitizing the Bank staff on the bank financial products and services, write product FAQs and Answer write- ups.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Centenary Bank Supervisor Product Development job placement should hold a Bachelors’ Degree in Economics, Business Administration, business statistics, and quantitative
- Masters of arts in Economics/Economic Policy and Planning/ statistics/Business Administration is an added advantage
- Three years of product development experience in the banking industry
- Proficient with MS office suite (word, excel, power point, projects and vision)
- Strong oral communication and presentation abilities
- Excellent Report writing skills
- Superior Analytical skills
- Good research skills
- Ability/capacity to prepare monthly product performance reports, product memos and arrange Product trainings
