Job Summary: The Saloon Training Supervisor will oversee all the Salon activities and train saloon staff on product application.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will train and supervise the assigned salon technicians
- Tasked with coordinating salon activities in the assigned regions.
- Formulate strategies to market and distribute products in salons.
- Manage customer complaints or forward them for further management.
- Sell hair products and identifying new customers and opportunities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Movit Products Limited Saloon Training Supervisor job placement should hold a Diploma in Cosmetology from recognized institutions.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
- Driven by results and good leadership
- Excellent communication & people management skills
- Professionalism
- Excellent customer care skills
- Proven product knowledge & training skills
- Demonstrate sound work ethics and a proven track record of integrity
- Innovative, creativity with excellent organizational skills
