Job Summary: The Temporary Administration Officer will be expected to handle day-to-day administrative and logistical support for smooth functioning of operations within the Pride network.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative duties and responsibilities in line with the Administrative policies.
- Make certain that all office equipment including automobiles are in good working condition, are routinely serviced and have consumables at all times.
- Ensure timely distribution of delivered items to respective offices for smooth operations
- Print product manuals, charts and brochures among others and ensure that they are sent to branches at the earliest opportunity.
- Coordinate transport arrangements for staff.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Pride Temporary Administration Officer job placement should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts or any other relevant / related field.
- Experience in handling Administrative duties will be an added advantage.
- Should possess 2 principal passes at A’ level.
- Should possess credits and or passes in Maths and English at O’ level.
- The applicant must be self-driven, confident, dynamic, proactive, disciplined, diligent, efficient, self-motivated, team player, with excellent interpersonal skills.
