Job Summary: The Midwife MCHN will support implementing quality Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition (MCHN) activities in one of the 2 targeted settlements. The Midwife – MCHN will work with Save the Children’s field office to ensure the prevention of stunting among children from 6 to 23 months and pregnant and lactating women in respect to the donor standards and the increase of attendance for MNCH services.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Save the Children Midwife MCHN job placement should hold a Diploma of midwife with minimum two years working experience with NGOs.
- Previous experience in nutrition preferred.
- Good relations with other people.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience working in a refugee context.
