About Riessnance Tour & Travel:
Riessnance Tour & Travel Ltd is a Ugandan tour & Travel operator organizing tours in Uganda & Rwanda, fully registered and licensed in Kampala Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage payables and receivable of the company
- Ensure monthly cash flow statements for the company
- Draft budgets for the company and plan daily cash flow expenditures for the company
- Regularly analyze company expenditures
- Prepare financial reports and statements on a monthly basis
- Prepare safari breakdowns for guides and drivers
- File monthly tax returns for the company
- Prepare payment vouchers attaching all the necessary documents for approval by the Directors
- Manage petty cash and accountability
- Archive financial reports and other financial records of the company and retrieve such records upon request by management
- Prepare and administer the monthly advances and payroll
- Collect payments from clients where dues are not paid in advance
- Issue invoices on sales made by the company
- Provide financial advisory to directors in respect to income and expenditure of the company
- Provide finical information to external auditors when called in
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a business/financial related course
- One year in proper book keeping
- Perfect communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent Knowledge in tax returns
- Must be a good leader
- MUST be a Ugandan
