Association for Women in Aviation Maintenance (AWAM) Scholarships
The Association for Women in Aviation Maintenance (AWAM) offers several women scholarships and awards to female students interested in obtaining skills in the field of aviation, aviation maintenance and technology.
Association for Women in Aviation Maintenance (AWAM) membership is required, but there are no gender restrictions, unless stated otherwise.
You can fill a simple membership form online to be eligible for the scholarships.
Women in Aviation, International is a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to providing networking, education, mentoring and scholarship opportunities for women (and men) who are striving for challenging and fulfilling careers in the aviation and aerospace industries.
WAI is proud to offer a diverse selection of scholarships again this year. Please be sure to read the scholarship descriptions carefully as some have special instructions and/or additional requirements.
Scholarship awards are a major benefit of membership in Women in Aviation, International. In the past 25 years WAI has disbursed millions of dollars to its members to help them get ahead and advance into the aviation and aerospace careers they have always dreamed about.
There is an award for nearly everyone here, from the college student to the woman or man returning to the workforce, from managers and dispatchers to pilots, engineers, technicians and mechanics.
