Isbat University Bachelor of Science in Applied Information Technology (BScAIT)

Course Objective

Bachelor of Science in Applied Information Technology (BSc-AIT) offers new challenges when compared to the traditional computing environment. This course focus on the recent emergence of global business, new technologies for data processing and data communication/ networking environment. Eventually, motivate science graduates to focus on professional careers in Information Technology. B-Sc-AIT is intended to provide the students with adequate theoretical and applied skills which will enable them to effectively solve the complex problem of the IT industry.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Completion of O’ level (UCE) with 5 passes at Credit level OR its equivalent
  • Completion of A’ level (UACE/GCE/IB) with 2 Principal Subject Passes and 2 Subsidiary Passes at the same sitting
  • Equivalent Secondary Education equated to Uganda Advanced level (A’ Level / UACE) is a must for all foreign Students
  • Students who completed their O’ level – and two year Certificate in Information Technology / Networking / PC Maintenance etc., from an accredited University / Tertiary institution are eligible for admissions
