Course Objective
The Bachelor of Commerce – Information Systems (BCom-IS) prepares candidates to work independently in the area of Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Consultancy, Computerized accounting environments and related fields. The course is structured in an international setting, integrated with Information Technology to reflect the ever-changing global business scenario with adequate support of ICT platforms. It provides specific training in leadership qualities and decision support systems enabling one to excel in the field of commerce
Eligibility Criteria
- Completion of O’ level (UCE) with 5 passes at Credit level OR its equivalent
- Completion of A’ level (UACEGCE/IB) with 2 Principal Subjects Passes and 2 Subsidiary Passes at the same sitting
- Equivalent Secondary Education equated to Uganda Advanced level (A’ Level / UACE) is a must for all foreign Students
- Students who complete their O’ level – and a two-year Certificate in Business administration / business studies / Accounting from an accredited University / Tertiary institution are eligible for admissions
