Job Title: OCTG Stock Supervisor (2 Job Vacancies)

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a high school leaving certificate. A degree is mandatory
- A minimum of 10 years work experience or further education is required.
- A minimum of 3 years oil and gas experience is required. OCTG/Materials Management
- At least two years of oilfield equipment materials Management required. This can be from any kind of oilfield equipment to/from the field or from logistics management.
- Experience with inventory management systems is a big advantage.
- Working experience with Total or Tullow a big advantage
- Written referral from operator a big advantage
Competencies:
- IT Systems – You will be required to have the skills to maintain inventory management systems
- Document Control – You will be required to have the skills to manage associated documentation
- Stock Taking – You will be required to have the skills to organize and deliver stock takes
- Reporting – You will be required to have the skills to generate stock reports
- Tracking Stock Movements – You will be required to have the skills to coordinate and track stock movements
- Replenishment – You will be required to have the skills to participate in replenishment discussions Client Interaction – You will be required to have the skills to liaise with client on stock topics Best Practices – You will be required to have the skills to enforce company best practices

- IT skills, Word processing, spreadsheets, email – You are required to have good IT skills – Word processing, spreadsheets and email
