Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Gender Studies or any other relevant field.
- A Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- A minimum of two years of program management experience in a reputable and busy Organization

- Documentation required Includes: A Cover letter, CV, Certified photocopies of academic transcripts and certificates, National ID, documentary evidence of all experience claimed, recent passport photograph attached on each application and reference letters from three different referees, one being a current or most recent supervisor.
