UTAMU University, UTAMU Admission and Application Forms 2024-2025: How to Apply?

This article contains information on the UTAMU University Application form and requirements for admission into Undergraduate Degree, Diploma Programmes and Postgraduate degree programs for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON-SCHOOL LEAVERS, and SPECIAL CASES.

UTAMU UNIVERSITY, UTAMU ADMISSION APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Uganda Technology And Management University, UTAMU is receiving applications for short courses, undergraduate diploma, undergraduate degree, Postgraduate Diploma and Masters programs for its three intakes, January, May, and September.

UTAMU University, UTAMU Application Method & Procedure

Application to UTAMU is basically online or by post. Kindly follow the following steps stated below.

Below are the application guidelines:

Option 1: Visit UTAMU Campus

• Located on Plot 6, Erisa Road, Bugolobi, Kampala with all your academic documents
• Pick an application form of your choice
• Fill it up and attach the required application documents
• Pay the application fee
• Submit the application form to the registrar of the respective School

Option 2: Apply Online

• Go to the UTAMU main website
• Scroll down and select the category of study interested in (Postgraduate, Undergraduate or Professional courses)
• Go to the section of Apply Online
• Click on it Postgraduate, Undergraduate or Short courses depending on what you are applying for
  • Fill in the required information in each of the tabs and attach copies of your academic documents (For multiple files, archive into one single zip/tar file before uploading)
• After clicking on Submit button
• After submitting, you will receive a message reading, Dear (name of applicant) we have received your application information, someone will get back to you using the contact information you have attached.

Option 3: Download Application Form

• Go to the UTAMU main website
• Scroll down and select the category of study interested in (Postgraduate, Undergraduate or Professional courses)
• Go to the section of Download Application form
• Click on it either Postgraduate, Undergraduate, or Short courses depending on what you are applying for
• Download the form to your computer
• Print out a copy
• Fill in the required information in each of the tabs/spaces
• After bring the application form to UTAMU Campus with all the copies of your academic documents
• Or scan and send the application form to admissions@utamu.ac.ug  Attach all the required academic documents.

Applicants will be required to pay a none-refundable application fee of Uganda Shillings 50,000 to the following university account;

Completed application form should be delivered with proof of application fees paid to the below address or by email to admissions@utamu.ac.ug.

UTAMU University offers courses at the diploma, certificate, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels. Prospective students should apply by filling the application forms before the deadline date as it is communicated by the Admissions office. Late applications are only accepted if the program space allows. These should be received no later than two weeks after the start of the appropriate semester; OR not later than a week after the beginning of a session.

Once you submit your form, you must pay the application fee for your form to be processed. Otherwise, it will not be processed.
