Over the years, Movit, the company’s flagship name, has grown into one of Uganda’s top cosmetics brands with distribution links in both East Africa and the COMESA regions. Other known products from Movit include the Body Milk Lotion, Junior Petroleum Jelly, Movit No base Relaxer and many more.
Job Summary: The purpose of Marketing Administrator is to provide administration support to the marketing department so as to facilitate and coordinate marketing activities within the department
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders from direct customers/agents/ sales representatives and plan on them accordingly;
- Communicate and provide price listings and newly developed products to guide the sales and marketing team;
- Receive and manage all customer issues/complaints and come up with a strategy of how to solve them and maintain the client;
- Liaise with store to ensure timely dispatch of loaded vehicles and availability of stock for loading;
- Maintain and update the customer base for the national market to ensure customer brand loyalty and continuous sales;
- Issue and distribute the agreed upon facilitation fees allocated to the respective sales team fairly and on time; and
- Check for credit limits/payment terms of key accounts/agents before processing new orders to reduce on debts.
- Timely and accurate preparation of loading order
- Timely and accurate order processing in ERP
- Weekly sales summary analytical report for loading
- Timely issuing of new price lists and new products
- Preparing all loadings with new products
- Weekly sales meetings to communicate these new products and price changes
- Ensure 85% success rate on all managed customer issues
- Daily register of all customer’s issues raised
- Ensure 100% success rate of the vehicle loading schedule
- Daily update of the customer base
- Ensure 100% compliance on all terms of service/agreement with company customer/key accounts/agents

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Computer literacy

- Three (3) years’ experience in the previous grade.
