The application forms can be obtained from the District Service Commission or the Public Service Commission Office Farmer’s House 2 floor Kampala. Applicants should not attach originals but only three (3) certified photocopies of transcript and certificates, plus three (3) recent coloured passport size photographs and any other relevant documents.
