- HATUA YA 1 : Tafuta shule kwa kuandika namba au jina la shule (Mfano : S0101 au Azania) kwenye kisanduku kilichoainishwa

- HATUA YA 2 : Chagua Shule/Kituo toka kwenye orodha na kisha bofya kitufe cha Kuchagua
- HATUA YA 3 : Endapo unahitaji matokeo ya;
- Mtahiniwa mmoja bofya kitufe “Mtahiniwa Mmoja” na kisha weka namba yake kwenye kisanduku cha “Namba ya Mtahiniwa” (Mfano : 0510)
