It also provides scalable, integrated operations & maintenance resources and services covering the lifecycle of energy assets, as well as tele-operated surveillance and maintenance services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The job holder liaises with Métier Partners and contributes to processes and communication of the purchasing entity by performing the following activities:
- Intervene with the Technical Administrator in creation, modification, and deletion of stock items, helping him/her define certain parameters of stock management in accordance with Company group Central cell in charge of Material Master data guidelines
- Ensure efficient management of the material items database in the information system
- Ensure optimization of stock updates based on current and forecast operations
- Handle the stock replenishments proposed by the system (in coordination with the Technical Administrator)
- Organize the inventory operations and enforce the appropriate checks
- Handle the specific stock movements (Loan, sale, dispute etc.)
- Assist the Technical Administrator by helping him /her in the execution of repetitive tasks
The Job holder contributes to Materials Management operations by performing the following activities:
- Ensure that accurate and standardized database of materials are maintained
- Provide accurate stock levels
- Ensure the availability of critical materials
- Minimize inventory holding while maintaining required services levels
- Optimize the procurement activity based on replenishment planning
- Monitor slow moving and dead stock to initiate corrective action and disposal
- Ensure that physical movements are reflected in the system once they are made and are valued correctly
- Establish measurable KPIs and provide status reports
- Participate in Annual inventory exercises
- Contributes to the improvement of Stock Management practices, procedures & reference documentation
- Informs requesters during all the Purchasing Processes the stock availability and lead times
- Work in Duet with one or several Métier Partners
- Contributes to reporting Stock Key Performance Indicators
- Maintain the materials master data MRP parameters for all operational requirements and ensure integrity of information entered in UNISOL by controlling descriptions and modifications as required by Company group Central cell in charge of Material Master data
- Creation the PR for stock items
- Ensure consistency between UNISOL and physical stock by reporting Physical Inventories and participating in annual materials counts
- Co-ordinate material requirements planning, requisition of materials and materials management strategies within the duet organization in liaison Metier Partners, including Purchase Order reception follow-up and reminders to the Procurement team when required
- Contribute to the performance and communication of materials analysis and reporting for Operation and Finance divisions in order to determine optimal level and ensure appropriate level of materials is maintained to meet Metier Partners’ needs (including materials held at all vendors)
- Perform regular and rotating stock inventory in coordination with warehouse personnel
- Follow materials certification and documentation, in coordination with technical representatives
- Perform periodical stock inventory of materials stored at contractors facilities, issue reports and follow subsequent actions in coordination with Operations representatives
- More generally, interface coordination with Warehouse and Reception areas and teams
- Prepare stock inventory reports related to his activity
- Participate to internal and external audits as requested by his hierarchy, and bring assistance for tracking materials, searching related documentation and initiate regularization.
- The job holder performs the stock inventory and related activities for affiliate’s materials
- Ensure consistency between UNISOL and physical stock by reporting Physical Inventories and participating in annual materials counts,
- Guarantee material availability in term of quality / quantity to ensure that Metier Partners requirements are met
- To Identify and participate to all optimization actions of the affiliate’s materials management
- Ensure information regarding

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in procurement and supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or accounting with Procurement professional qualification (CIPS) certification
- At least three years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry
- Problem Solving and planning/organizing/coordinating /controlling
- Knowledge and understanding of inventory and material management processes
- Knowledge and understanding of material specification, certification and verification processes
- Knowledge of Maintenance materials and processes preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of Materials Management (MM) and reporting (BW) modules of SAP (Equipment Spare parts and Consumables)
