Job Summary:

We are looking for a proficient PHP Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to enhance our team. Your role will involve ensuring the highest quality and reliability of our PHP-based applications through meticulous testing and validation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute both automated and manual test cases for PHP-based applications.
Efficiently identify, record, and document bugs or defects encountered during testing.
Collaborate closely with the development team to resolve issues identified in the testing process.
Review and analyze system specifications for optimal testability.
Provide comprehensive reports and metrics on testing outcomes and progress.
Engage in new feature planning and development, advising on potential quality risks.
Stay abreast of the latest testing tools and strategies.
Actively contribute to the enhancement of QA processes and methodologies.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in QA testing, particularly with PHP applications.
Familiarity with various testing techniques (regression, stress, load) and software development lifecycle.
Solid understanding of PHP programming language.
Proficiency with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective documentation and troubleshooting capabilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results.
Knowledge of SQL and database management is advantageous.
