Job Summary:
The Telesales Representative will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role involves selling televisions and other products to existing customers and ensuring adherence to quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing customers for product upgrades, focusing on televisions and other offerings.
- Achieve conversion goals and contribute to the company’s growth through effective tele-selling.
- Maintain high-quality standards in call handling, following the company’s set guidelines.
- Adhere to talk time benchmarks to optimize productivity and efficiency in sales calls.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- A valid academic qualification (Certificate/Diploma or higher).
- Experience in the BPO or call center industry is desirable.
- Strong passion and skillset in sales.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of persuading and influencing customers.
- Familiarity with basic working tools such as Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Results-oriented and self-driven with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
- Ethical, honest, and demonstrates integrity in professional conduct.
