Job Summary:
We’re on the hunt for a driven and seasoned Commercial Manager to lead our commercial activities. In this role, you will helm the commercial strategy, steer the direction of projects, and manage the commercial team to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement the commercial strategy and direction for projects.
- Negotiate with clients, suppliers, and manufacturers to secure favorable terms.
- Forge and nurture customer relationships.
- Conduct thorough market research to inform strategy.
- Monitor project progress and oversee the commercial team’s performance.
- Direct project teams towards achieving business goals.
- Seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Manage budgeting and monitor expenses closely.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a Commercial Manager role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Highly developed analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment.
