Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting lubricants market research and analysis to identify demand trends and explore opportunities for consistent sales growth and expansion of the company’s customer base.
- Leading the efforts to expand the Lubricants Business by managing and coordinating the activities of the Lubricants department.
- Developing and executing an aggressive sales and marketing strategy to promote and sell the company’s products, facilitating the expansion of the customer base and achieving sales targets.
- Strengthening the sales and operations of the lubricants business to meet company market share and profit objectives.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in sales, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines proactively.
- Capacity to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and professional skepticism.
- Experience in the FMCG sector is an added advantage.
