Job Summary:
The Human Resource and Administration Officer will be responsible for aligning human resource strategies with corporate goals, ensuring the effective management of human capital and administrative functions within the organization.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Social Science, or Social Works and Social Administration
- HR professional qualifications (an added advantage)
- Three years of relevant experience
- Good communication skills
