Job Summary:
Arcadia Suites Hotel is seeking a full-time, on-site Executive Housekeeper. The Executive Housekeeper will oversee the housekeeping staff, manage room cleaning operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold the hotel’s cleanliness standards. This position is based in Kampala.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Proficiency in laundry and organization skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Ability to train and supervise a team effectively.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
