GUIDELINES ON APPEALS FOR ADMISSION

All students who applied to Kyambogo University but are not on the list of admitted students released on 18th July 2015 and would like to appeal for admission must adhere to the following
guidelines:

Only applicants who applied online for diploma and degree programmes and paid application fees qualify to appeal. Certificate applications are being processed.

  1. Applicants should appeal only programmes on the attached list and should be within the approved cut off points for the 2016/2017 Academic Year.
  2. Address your appeal to the Academic Registrar, Kyambogo University and attach photocopies of the following documents
      1. Evidence of application and payment of application fees.
      2. O-Level result slip and certificate.
      3.  A-Level result slip and or certificate.
  3. Submit your appeal to Admission Office, Room 3 latest Friday 5th August 2016 by 5.00 PM

Caution: Applicants are warned ag~inst presenting forged academic documents to support their applications. The consequences, if discovered, are grave.
