About International University Of Management ( IUM Namibia )
The Institution was founded by Dr David Richard Namwandi, first as a non degree awarding body. On 26 October 2002 it obtained Universtity status when it was officially launched by the then state president of the Republic of Namibia, His Excellency Dr. Sam Nujoma. The university is fully accredited by the NQA (Namibia Qualifications Authority).
Although Dr Namwandi is no longer part of the IUM management, his legacy and vision lives on. His footprints will be a guide to IUM and will certainly propel the University to greater heights.
The International University of Management (IUM) currently caters for over 8,000 (eight thousand) students with its main campus in the capital Windhoek and branches in Swakopmund, Ongwediva, Nkurenkuru and Walvis-Bay.
Accreditation
The courses offered at the International University Management are accredited by the Namibian Qualifications Authority.
