We provide Ambulances Services for all kind of Emergency Medical Support/ Rescue and for various events for 24/7 hrs by using full equipped Ambulances and Air Charters/Helicopters facilitated by qualified and experienced medical personnel and paramedics. Ambulance Services. (Air and surface medical evacuation, first aid training, occupational health, general consultancy, general waste disposal/management, home based care)
Job Summary:
- To undertake administrative & HR tasks in order to ensure the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
- To ensures smooth running of our company’s operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform planning and coordination of administrative procedures and systems.
- Organize smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Manage schedules and deadlines٫ developing measures to optimize the processes.
- Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
- Supervise staff performance٫ helping subordinates with coaching and guidance to ensure their maximum efficiency.
- Manage inventory of company supplies and organize purchasing of new material.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Managing company Petty Cash.
- Organize facilities services٫ maintenance activities and tradespersons (cleaners).
- Manage other company activities such as event planning٫ recycling٫ renovations and so on
- Review operations ensuring their compliance with policies and regulations.
- Stay informed about all organizational changes and business developments.
- Respond to customer / client / employee inquiries related of office management.
- Manage a company’s sourcing capabilities and supply chain.
- To maintain supplier contracts and monitor product inventory levels.
- Recruits, interviews, hires and trains new staff in the department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure that the company’s corporate images is upheld at all times.
- Perform other duties not specifically presented in this description as required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least three years carrying out similar work
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Excellent strategic, planning and analysis skills. Highly organised.
- Excellent people management skills.
- A team player with excellent inter-personal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and exercise confidentiality.
