Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. This role involves managing office administration, serving as the first point of contact for the organization, managing appointments, and ensuring efficient operations within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage the active calendar of appointments and meetings.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the organization, greeting guests, and addressing employee inquiries.
- Maintain high levels of organization and professionalism within the office environment.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the team.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field from a reputable university.
- A minimum of three years of related work experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in administrative skills and excellent written and oral English communication abilities.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
