About US:

Uganda Consumer Lenders Association (UCLA) brings together Government of Uganda payroll deduction card holders. Our core objectives are; self regulation, collective bargaining on matters affecting business environment and good stakeholder management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • The Analytics Officer will be responsible for interfacing with the Payroll Deductions Management System (PDMs) on the Single Code implementation for UCLA members and Government of Uganda.
  • Keeping an up-to-date back-up of the PDMS information for Business Continuity Management.
  • Analytics to show industry trends that help the Association with planning.
  • Tasked with reconciliation of the Trust Single Code Bank Account in liaison with the Finance & Administration Officer.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Degree in Statistics, Business Computing or Computer Science/IT.
  • Three years of experience in Data Analytics in a Finance Services ecosystem
  • Good computer aided analytical skills.
