Job Summary: The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for coordination of MPL marketing activities by managing deployment of staff and events to ensure brilliant execution of different marketing activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor staff deployment to reduce expenses and get value for budget allocated.
- Formulate standard operating procedures for all processes in marketing department for accountability.
- Coordinate proposals from different stakeholders and distribute them to different units as per the requirements and follow up on their execution
- Keenly track and manage leave for the marketing department
- Carry out annual appraisals for all marketing staff to facilitate contract management and renewals
- Manage Marketing Interventions for instance market auditing, competition analysis, strategy, product display etc. at the Divisional Level.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Movit Products Limited Business Intelligence Manager job placement should hold a Masters degree in a relevant field
- Possession of professional qualification in Marketing preferably CIM
- At least six years of relevant professional experience in Marketing Management, three (3) of which at a Middle Management level in a busy environment.
- Working knowledge of ERP Systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to independently plan and execute complex tasks while addressing daily management details and remaining organized and focused.
- Ability to assess problems and develop solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation plus excellent organization skills.
