BrandLink Ventures Ltd is an outdoor company whose focus is in strategic advertising, development, printing, promotions, installation and maintenance of all types of indoor & outdoor billboards, signage and promotional items.

 

Job Summary:  We are looking for a responsible to handle the specific duties of an Assistant Operations Manager that include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.

 

Job Purpose: The Job Holder is responsible for supporting Business plans and objectives and also to support Business Developments.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Identifying and acquisition of advertising media sites as per time to time demand resulting to increased demand for company media sites hence generation of revenue to the company.
  • Overseeing all field operations aspects by assigning and deploying field operations team.
  • Maintenance of the pre-existing media resulting in to good brand reputation.
  • Making budgets for site development and supervising the same to completion within required time and budget.
  • Overseeing production work related to printing of client Artworks.
  • Maintaining a data base of all media/structures owned by the company
  • Establishing mechanisms to safeguard structures by providing security solutions
  • Ensure timely completion of quality work from suppliers/contractors.
  • Budget forecasts for flighting billboards and street poles based on sales projections.
  • Ensure business compliance with different regulatory Authorities.
  • Preparation and monthly updating of the media register & reporting.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
  • Lead, motivate, and support flighters with problem solving skills
  • Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal
  • capacity

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field.
  • Master’s in Business management/Public Administration will be an added advantage
  • Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role.
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.

 

Knowledge and Skills.

  • Strong skills in budget development and oversight
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control customer service
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
  • Knowledge of business productivity and processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language
