About US:

In 1979, our first product was baked giving birth to Ntake bakery. Since then we have grown into a multi sector business comprising of a bakery, wheat mill and paper recycling plant. With household names like Kaswa baking flour, AAA tissue and our bread which has come to be simply known as Ntake, we have endeared ourselves to the hearts of many Ugandans.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Over all administration of the Bakery
Verifying and approving all payments
Verifying and checking all daily and monthly reports for accounts & Administration department
Computing Production Orders and following up on stage 1 production Issues
Balancing shops and depots
Checking and verifying salaries, Casual and production wages.
Supervision the marketing team.
Approving and checking petty cash payments.
Deducting of taxes from non-exempted suppliers
Preparing auditor’s monthly report (Financial report)
Balancing cash office.
Any other duty that by nature requires my (Manager’s attention) attention and as always directed by the Directors

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition or any related degree.
Diploma in Quality Control, Education is an added advantage
At least three years of experience in the same industry is mandatory.
