Vision
The Department of Management envisions being at the forefront in meeting national and international managerial challenges as well as the need for efficient leaders who will play an important role in providing practical and innovative approaches to cope and / or deal with business and economi issues in this dynamic world.
Goals
To equip students with essential skills and competencies in management, marketing, economics, entrepreneurship, HRM and secretarial studies & office management that prepare them for future challenges in the business world.
Objectives
The Department strives to attain the following objectives:
To prepare students for careers in management, leadership,marketing, business analysis, HR, entrepreneurship and secretarial studies & office management.
To train value-oriented students to serve in church institutions, private businesses and industry, and in the government.
To train God-fearing and competent business managers by inculcating in the students the importance of Christian values in all areas of business.
To train students with wide modern business knowledge and management skills in order to be competent in large
multi-national enterprises.
To undertake quality research in management theory and practice.
To prepare students to upgrade to higher levels of education.
