Cancellation is subject to stipulations as contained in the terms and conditions on the official application form.

The signing of the application form constitutes a legal and binding contract. Therefore it is the responsibility of the applicant to read through the terms and conditions before signing the contract. Furthermore, it is also the responsibility of the student to have read all the programme

information that iss provided in the BSE/NWU prospectus. The student should also ensure that he/she selected the correct programme before signing the contract. NWU and BSE

are exempted from any responsibility if a wrong programme has been selected.

Note that the following rules will strictly apply:

Cancellation will only be considered from the date the agreement is entered into (i.e. when the application form is signed) to the date of registration. Once material has been dispatched, usually within seven

(7) days of registration, the student will become liable for cancellation charges, provided that it is within six (6) months. Thereafter the full programme fees will be charged.

The student acknowledges that he/she accepts responsibility for paying the full programme fees on enrolment or registration and undertakes to pay the programme fees according to the method of payment selected on the application form.

Depending on the reason for cancellation, certain student cancellation requests will be referred to a cancellation committee who will notify the student of its decision after careful consideration.
