Is the foundation on which the force is built. As a Training School discipline should be well observed by both trainers and trainees.

Committing ourselves to elevated standards of trust, responsibility and honesty while carrying out our duties
Professionalism is demonstrated by the pursuit of the policing mission with courage, composure and respect in manner that upholds the highest standards of policing ethics displays a commitment to continual self improvement and generates public trust, respect and confidence
Community Oriented:
We are best able to provide training support services that promote and enhance mutually beneficial relationship with the community. We do this by assessing and prioritizing community needs and addressing them. “We are because of the Community”.
Accountability:
Accountability is the ongoing process of assessing the effectiveness on our staff to meet the required standards and expectations. All the staff of PTS Kabalye have a mutual responsibility for the quality and actions as well as honesty towards resources.
Team Work:
The school embraces the principle of team work as the saying goes. United we stand and divided we fall. We believe that different competences of different trainers complement each other to create synergy.

Patriotism is a driving force and a very strong contributing factor to national building. In P.T.S Kabalye we entrench strong feelings of knowledge and love, Respect and duty towards our mother land-Uganda. Precisely that is what should drive a modern police officer to work tirelessly and pricelessly to achieve the mission.
