INVITATION FOR ADMISSION INTO MASTERS IN PUBLIC HEALTH EVENING COURSE
FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2016/17
The Catholic University of Health and Allied Sciences is pleased to invite applications from qualified candidates who completed their first degree in Medicine, Phamarcy, Enviromental Health, Sociology, Nursing, Enviromental science or related health degree. Or those who are working in health related project with recommendations from their project manager.
1.PROGRAM: MASTERS IN PUBLIC HEALTH
2.DURATION: One year.
3.ENTRANCE QUALIFICATIONS:
1)Holder of MD degree or its equivalent with a pass of B grade or above in community medicine and at least one year of working experience
2)Holder of B.Sc Nursing degree with a pass of B grade or above in community Medicine and at least one year of working experience
3)Holder of first degree in health related disciplines (Health Officer, Environmental Health, Pharmancy, or Laboratory sciences) passed with at least Lower second and have at least one year of working experience
4)Holder of Master degree in health related disciplines with at least one year of working experience.
INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS:
Applicants must carefully read the information above before attempting to fill the application forms.
a)Applicants must give full particulars of citizenship (including a copy of the birth certificate) and enclosing photocopies of their academic certificates.
b)Applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee of T.shs. fifty thousands only (50,000/=) into Catholic University College Account Number: 01J1054045500 CRDB (Bugando branch) and submit the original pay-in-slip together with the application forms.
c)Applicants must ascertain themselves that they possess the minimum entrance qualifications before they pay fees as the fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
