Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer services;
- Greet, escort and present menus to customers;
- Make suggestions based on their preferences;
- Take and serve food/drinks orders;
- Cross-sell additional products when appropriate;
- Arrange table settings;
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times;
- Check products for quality;
- Deliver bills and collect payments;
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff;
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a high school diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- One year of experience as a waiter or waitress;
- Experience with developing a constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers;
- Good physical condition;
- Customer-centric;
- Skills: Basic arithmetic skills, Attentiveness, and patience for customersExcellent professionalism, Strong organizational, multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment, Active listening, Effective communication skills, Team spirit and Flexibility to work in shifts
