Job Summary: In order to build continuous leadership in our schools, we seek applications form highly talented individuals who will be put on accelerated leadership roles at DAS starting from the position of Deputy Head Teacher – in charge of academics.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant should;
- Hold a minimum of grade 3 & grade 5 certificate and/or diploma in ECD
- At least five to ten years of teaching and academic delivery experience,
- Have held an added a leadership role for 3-5 years in a MoES recognized school before.
- Be presentable, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have commitment to work in within a team and ability to work with minimum supervision.
Key Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)
A deputy head teacher is expected to assist the head teacher and / or take charge of all duties if need be as prescribed for the role of Head Teacher by MoES.
Expected Joining Date: 1st October 2019
Remuneration: Competitive based on interview performance and measurable past experiences.
