Purpose of the Role:
The Employee Experience Advisor is key in managing and administering employee benefits and retirement programs, including medical insurance, group life, personal accident covers, health and wellness, and more. This role serves as the primary contact for all employee benefit-related issues and queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage benefits and retirement programs, including pension, medical insurance, group life, and personal accident covers.
  • Handle employee policy administration related to benefits, parental leave, long service awards, international assignments, and travel.
  • Inform the workforce on health and lifestyle issues considering cultural backgrounds.
  • Manage service contracts related to medical, group life, accident, RBS, NSSF.
  • Assist employees with benefits program enrolment, ensuring timely updates for joiners and leavers.
  • Conduct employee trainings on benefits and promote health and wellness activities.
  • Establish and manage relationships with service providers and insurance companies.
  • Work with onsite clinic administrators and OHS managers to ensure adherence to SOPs and effective clinic services.
  • Manage pandemic-related protocols and communication.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding benefits, including medical, pension, and reward policies.
  • Keep employee benefits records up-to-date and manage budgeting and accounting for benefits costs.
  • Ensure company’s benefits policy compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Report and maintain contact with vendors and government agencies regarding benefits and immigration.
  • Research and implement solutions for process improvement in benefits administration.
  • Manage immigration processes and documentation for employees and dependents.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Degree in HR or related field; experience and/or training in relevant areas.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR and/or compensation benefits administration.
  • Strong engagement, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with compensation benefits packages.
