Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for gathering and maintaining time records for each employee, ensuring accuracy.
  • Providing administrative assistance for the project team during construction, commissioning, and start-up.
  • General administrative support and provide additional support for the business line as needed
  • Prepares and maintains records of URA Tax filling.
  • Documentation, research and follow-up on client Tax issues
  • Keep track of contracts, programs, charge numbers and associated details for employees.
  • Managing tax audit matters/queries raised and establish/maintain a strong business relationship with clients.
  • Preparing and processing invoices to customers, as well as payment posting and reconciliation.
  • Responsible for applicable customer reporting.
  • Prepares and maintains contract records including contract end dates, option years, escalation and rate changes.
  • Track contract funding by charge number/line item.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Diploma or Accounting, Administration Degree
  • Two to four years of professional experience; with sales, Finance and use tax matters,
  • Solid knowledge on Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel;
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team;
  • Fluent English;
