Fresher Inventory Clerk Jobs – Nile Breweries Limited

Job Summary:
The Inventory Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all inventory movements are accurately documented and reflected in the Syspro system. This includes managing raw materials, finished goods, containers, and pallets, and assisting with distribution activities to ensure governance and documentation processes are followed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Participate in regular stock counts and manage inventory reporting.
Conduct shipment reconciliations and ensure documentation accuracy.
Manage distributor stock, including tracking and reporting on missing or damaged items.
Report and reconcile pallet repairs and manage packaging interference.
Maintain product quality by monitoring beer age and ensuring compliance with specifications.
Perform fuel reconciliations and manage related documentation and queries.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education (UACE) required.
Relevant diploma/degree in Supply Chain/Logistics preferred.
2 to 3 years’ experience in a stock control environment.
Proficiency in Syspro, MS Office, and other relevant software.
Strong numerical skills, especially in reconciliations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
