Job Summary:
The General Manager will serve as the SACCO’s chief administrative officer, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations. With a focus on sustainable and cost-effective implementation strategies, the General Manager will provide overall leadership to double the bottom line of both profitability and outreach.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field
- Master’s Degree in business administration or management (an added advantage)
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CIMA, CIFA, ACCA (an added advantage)
- Demonstrable communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in Cooperative/SACCO management and stakeholder management with at least 5 years of working experience (3 years at a supervisory level)
