Job Summary: The Head Chef will be providing supervisory support for 7 fast food restaurants in Kampala.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a Diploma in Catering and hotel management
- Eight years of experience, mostly in fast food restaurants
- Should have good leadership skills.
- Exceptional skills in food production (wide range of recipes) and kitchen controls
- Strong at food cost
- Strong at planning and coordination
