I have been applying for the past three years but I have not been going through, so i would like to know why I have not been going through yet I have been submitting all the requirements.
We are grateful to HESFB for the great service offered to the nation although we yawn strongly for scholarship and loans to postgraduate student

I applied for this loan in 2020/2021 academic year but never succeeded. I really don’t understand the criteria here for one to be helped. To the best of my knowledge, this is not a scholarship scheme but a loan, payable with interest. What can the financially disadvantaged citizens of Uganda do to benefit from such programs?
