Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Reports to: Human Resource Manager

Biyinzika Poultry International Limited is one of the leading suppliers of Poultry and Poultry feeds in the country.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the efficient implementation of the HR policy and procedures manual
- Support the recruitment and selection processes of the company in relation to the company’s recruitment strategy
- Support the Performance Management process of the company
- Support the disciplinary and grievance processes of the company
- Participant in monthly, quarterly and annual HR reporting processes
- Administration of staff communication and documentation requirements
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor of Human Resource Management, SWASA or any other related training
- Possession of post graduate diploma is an added advantage –
- At least 4-5 years’ experience running a busy HR office in a private setting
- Basic understanding of National Legal requirements relating to HR
- Able to work with all walks of people, with a multicultural experience
- Knowledge of HRMIS, preferably Navision is an added advantage
