Job Summary:
The ICT Officer will be responsible for providing timely ICT and administrative support services to the SACCO. This includes offering daily technical support to users of information management tools and technology infrastructure while promoting a client-oriented approach to ICT service management.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT
- Professional certifications (an added advantage)
- Three years of related working experience in a similar role
