IHSU Advanced Certificate in Applied ICT’s and Leadership|International Health Sciences University

The Advanced Certificate in Applied ICT’s and Health Leadership is a purpose built program that will seek to deliberately develop the requisite human resource capital to champion the integration of ICT’s in the healthcare systems in Uganda and the region. The program will use a blend of learning methodologies with 70% of the learning time dedicated to application of knowledge. Our industry partners will significantly contribute to the learning process. The program will offer post training internship opportunities both locally and internationally as well as venture funding for commercially viable solutions from outstanding students.

The program seeks, to co-creatively develop talent that will deliver healthcare systems related solutions. Technology has penetrated into virtually all areas of operations of health, and entwined within health practices. To effectively benefit from technology applications, it is essential that Health and ICT professionals set themselves ready for transforming their practices and keep identifying effective ways for transformations in their contexts.
