IIU Application / Admission Form
1. Complete the application form in capital letters (in black or blue ink)
2. Enclose a photocopy of your Identity Card (both sides), or Passport (first 3 pages), two colour Passport-size photographs, and cop-ies of your academic certificates
3. Incomplete forms will be returned to the applicant
4. Admission will be upon proof of membership for self-sponsored students or a letter of reference from your sponsor for corporate sponsored students
5. Submission of false, forged or doctored/altered documents will lead to dismissal when discovered and any qualifications earned will be rescinded. The Institute may place on you a temporary or permanent ban on applying for future admission
