larke International University, CIU admission requirement for all the courses at the undergraduate, diploma and postgraduate level is updated every year. Therefore, this article contains the full list of all the undergraduate and postgraduate courses coupled with their general requirements.

For admission into programmes of study at the Clarke International University, CIU for any first degree or second degree, an applicant must have the following requirements for a successful admission.

CLARKE INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY, CIU UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

Entry requirements for a Bachelor of Business Administration

Direct entrants with at least two principal passes obtained at one sitting from the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education or its equivalent as per NCHE requirements.
Diploma holders with basic experience of working in a business environment
Mature/continuing students (Diploma or equivalent, 2nd class and above), who possess at least two years’ experience of working in a business environment

Entry requirements for Bachelor of Applied Technologies

Two principal passes in any following the subjects (Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Biology, Geography, Chemistry, Entrepreneurship, and ICT) obtained at one sitting from the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education or its equivalent as per NCHE requirements.
A diploma in ICT or Business (second class and above) from a recognized institution by NCHE or its equivalent.

Entry requirements for Bsc. Medical Lab Science (Direct)

Duration: 4 Year Full-time
Required: 2 principal passes (Biology+Chemistry)

Entry requirements for Bsc. Medical Lab Science (Top Up)

Duration: 3 Year Full-time
Required: Dip. Medical Lab

Entry requirements for Bsc. Nursing Science (Direct)

Duration: 4 Year Full-time

Entry requirements for Bsc. Nursing Science (Top Up)

Duration: 3 Year Full-time
Required: Dip.Nursing,Dip.Midwifery|2 years working Experience

Entry requirements for Bsc. Midwifery

Entry requirements for a Postgraduate degree Programme

A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from an accredited University in a subject or subjects relevant to the course applied for.

Duration of Programme: 1 Academic Year

Entry requirements for a Masters degree Programme

A Bachelors’ degree or postgraduate diploma from an accredited University in a subject or subjects relevant to the course applied for.

Duration of Programme: 2 Academic Years

Entry requirements for a DBA or PhD degree programme

Applicants must be holders of Master’s degree or any other related programs from a recognized University. Practitioner Experience: Applicants must have management experience of at least three years pre – or – post Masters.

Candidates for Undergraduate Programmes | Diploma and Advance Diploma Programmes

Correctly & duly filled IHSU application form (Fees apply).
Certified copies of ordinary and advanced Level (UCE, UACE) or their equivalent from a recognized institution.
2 passport size photographs, not more than 6 months old.
Photocopy of a valid photo-identity card
1 Reference letter (academic or professional)

Candidates for Postgraduate Programmes

Correctly & duly filled IHSU application form (Fees apply).
2 passport size photographs, not more than 6 months old.
Photocopy of a valid photo-identity card
Certified copies of proof of a primary degree (at least a second class honours) from a recognized tertiary institution.
2 Letters of reference (academic and professional).
