Isbat University Bachelor of Human Resource Management (BHRM)
Course Objective
ISBAT University’s Bachelor of Human Resource Management is a three years degree programme which integrates selected social sciences and business courses into Human Resource Management core competencies in strategic partnership, change agent, administrative expert, and employee relations expert. The BHRM programme is designed with the objective to produce human resource (HR) professionals who are not only skilled in dealing with human issues, but are also able to take on evolving issues resulting from organizational and environmental changes.
Eligibility Criteria
The minimum entry requirements for admission to a bachelor//’s degree program are :
(a)For direct entry –
- Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with 5 credits; and
- At least 2 principal passes at Uganda Advances Certificate of Education (UACE) obtained at the same sitting or its equivalent with Mathematics as one of the Principal Pass.
(b) For mature age entry –
- 25 years of age and above; and
- Must have passed mature age entry examinations with 50% mark and above.
