As the appointed exclusive agents for International manufacturers, Aspire one beauty Co. Ltd is looking for a qualified candidate to join the team:
Cosmetics Sales Associate/Representative (03)
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To conduct market surveys , study market trends and collect market information pertaining to cosmetic/dermaceutical products
- To actively promote and market Aspire One Beauty Products in the market, and to expand market coverage for the products
- To stimulate new sales of Aspire One products by gaining new clients
- To go out in the field, door to door , to pharmacies, beauty outlets and corporate buildings to market Aspire One beauty products and services of The Pod
- To identify potential clients and product opportunities in the market
- To co-operate and support management team in the planning of procurement and potential future projects
- To continuously monitor market response/customer feedback whilst relaying all information to management
- To engage with clients, customers, skincare professionals on a one-to-one basis to actively increase/promote product sales and performance
- To design/plan and propose strategies in marketing that are result oriented for managements review, implementation and approval
- To generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
- To continuously stay up to date with current trends and market needs for innovative and new cosmeceutical/ dermaceutical products
- To professionally and scientifically provide knowledge and information pertaining to the cosmeceutical/dermaceutical products , in aims to encourage skin healthcare professionals and clients
- To actively research and collect information regarding potential expo’s and other business development events for company participation
- To consistently achieve the sales targets outlined by management team
- Attend Networking Events: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Identify Prospective Clients: Research and identify potential clients through market analysis, networking, and other methods.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Promote Products/Services: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to prospective clients through presentations, demonstrations, and other sales techniques.
- To produce daily reports of field marketing activities, to be presented to management on a weekly basis, with tangible feedback.
- To professionally represent Aspire One in the field in any capacity instructed by management, and not disclosing information of the organisation.
- To obtain and maintain a client database with information of those supplying Aspire One products, with up-to-date contacts and maintaining only a professional relationship.
- To Carry out any other duties assigned to you by management
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Must possess a Degree or a Diploma in any Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or equivalent degree from a recognized Institution.
- MUST have at least ONE YEAR of working experience in Promotion & Marketing of similar products.
- Computer Knowledge
- Must be competent with Microsoft Office Package
- Must be familiar with generation and presentation of sales reports
- Must have field marketing experience

- Business Oriented with excellent skills in Sales and Collections
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent marketing, presentation, negotiation skills with a demonstration of initiative.
- Should preferably be Female , below 30 Years
