Kabale University Undergraduate Admissions 2024-2025

This article contains information on the Kabale University, KAB Application form and Requirements for admission into Undergraduate Degree, Diploma Programmes and Postgraduate Programmes for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON SCHOOL LEAVERS and SPECIAL CASES.

KABALE UNIVERSITY, KAB ADMISSION APPLICATION GUIDELINES

• Pay a non-refundable application fee of Shs.50,000/= (plus a bank charge) at any Stanbic Bank branch (A\C Number: 9030005669277) or any DFCU Bank branch (A\C Number: 1011011020000433)
• Obtain an application form and complete it
• Attach photocopies of their academic documents to the completed application form.
• Return the applications to any of the following collection points:
  • Kabale University Liaison Office, 3^rd Floor, REEV House, Bombo Rd, Opposite GAPCO Service Station, Wandegeya, Kampala
  • Kabale University Liaison Office, 1^st Floor, NARTZALUS House, Kimironko Rd, Remera, Kigali, Rwanda
  • Kabale University, Kikungiri Campus, Kabale Municipality
  • Kabale University Office, Rukungiri District Education Office, Rukungiri Municipality
• For applicants who cannot obtain forms and/or deliver the applications physically:
  • Download the application form below.
  • Complete the form, scan it along with your academic documents and e-mail the scanned copies to admissions@kab.ac.ug, or post the applications to Admissions Office, Kabale University, P.O. Box 317, Kabale, Uganda
• ONLY applicants with official Transcripts/Result Slips and/or Certificates will be considered.
• Applicants for postgraduate programmes and upgraders must attach certified copies of their Transcripts and/or Certificates.
• Applicants holding international academic documents must also attach copies of equivalence documents obtained from the Uganda National Examinations Board or Uganda National Council for Higher Education, as the case may be.
• Use the programme codes (not full names of programmes) when filling in choices

Kabale University, KAB Application Procedure

Kabale University, KAB offers undergraduate courses at Diploma levels besides those offered at undergraduate levels. Prospective students should apply by filling the application forms before the deadline date as it is communicated by the Admissions office. Late applications are only accepted if the program space allows. These should be received not later than two weeks after the start of the appropriate semester; OR not later than a week after the beginning of a session. The admission procedure includes the Master’s Program applicants.

Once you submit your form, you must pay the application fee for your form to be processed. Otherwise, it will not be processed.

Download the application form from www.kab.ac.ug (under Study at KAB: downloads), complete the form, scan it along with your academic documents and e-mail the scanned copies to admissions@kab.ac.ug, or post the applications to Admissions Office, Kabale University, P.O. Box 317, Kabale, Uganda OR Apply online: admissions.kab.ac.ug.

Kabale University, KAB Application Deadlines

Applicants are advised to send their applications plus copies of their academic documents not later than:
30^th March for April Intake and 15^th June for August Intake.
